RETURNS POLICY

Upon placing your order in our online store, you will receive an email confirming your order and including the items you have selected, the order code as well as its total cost.

When your order is prepared, you will receive an email and sms stating the courier company with which we have sent your package, as well as the unique numeric-routing code for the package of the order you will receive.

Refunds

In an effort to meet the expectations of our customers, in the products they choose from the e-shop, we offer the possibility of returning to all products, according to the following terms:
Terms of return
The following conditions must be met in their entirety for the return of the products to our company:
• The return / exchange should not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents.
• All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received the product (without signs of wear or soiling) and in a resold condition.
• The product must bear all the labels and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that it had when it was purchased, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.

If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the product back to us to change it with another product from our online store. In case of different from the above, our store reserves the right not to accept the refund.
The customer is always fully responsible for sending the product to our address indicated on the Consignment Note, as we as recipients cannot search for your package in any postal / transport.
Please note that you retain the responsibility to get the returned goods to us.
For this reason, we recommend using registered shipping of goods. Our store assumes no responsibility for returned products lost during the return.

Note: The return of a product is a burden on the customer! Only in the case of a defective product, the transportation costs are borne by our company and always within Greece. If we receive a package with a “recipient charge” we will NOT receive it, so it will be returned to you and you will have to resend it!

ATTENTION: Returns of products created upon request are not accepted.

Order Cancellation

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is possible to cancel your order before sending/receiving the product. In other words, your market status should be referred to as "Ekremes" Cancellation is made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@xryseio.gr or by calling at tel.: 2310 550554. In case you wish to cancel your order while you have already received it, then you undertake the responsibility to send it back at your own shipping costs and as soon as we receive it we will deposit the amount you paid ONLY for the value of the product and not for the shipping costs!

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P. Tsaldari 1, 56727, Neapoli, Thessaloniki. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@xryseio.gr

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xryseio.gr

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
